The Regional Business Council Board of Directors announced Karen Branding as the organization's new president and CEO effective May 1, 2024. She will succeed RBC founder Kathy Osborn, who will serve president emeritus and work on the transition and special projects. Branding is a 13-year veteran of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, where she has served as senior vice president for External Engagement and Corporate Communications.
