The YouthBridge Community Foundation has awarded a three-year, $240,000 Think Big for Kids Grant to Generate Health. This funding partnership will assist in developing critical backbone support to grow and integrate the existing Perinatal Behavioral Health Initiative and the emerging Home Visiting Collaborative, as well as other aligned programs that focus on safe sleep and culturally responsive labor and delivery.
