
Executive Director, JF Roblee Foundation
As the Executive Director of the Joseph H. and Florence A. Roblee Foundation, Jane serves as the organization’s sole staff member. In her role, Jane represents the Foundation in the community and acts as the conduit to the Board of Directors with local nonprofit partners.
Jane worked at Parents as Teachers as their Public Policy Director leading the organization’s policy agenda at the state and federal levels with the goal of increasing funding and expanding policies that support early childhood education and parent engagement. Earlier in her career, Jane worked as a policy and budget analyst in the federal and local government levels focusing on social service and income security programs.
Beyond her years in the public sector, Jane founded and owned a locally-owned pie shop in St. Louis that continues to thrive today with a new owner.
Jane has Masters degree in Public Policy from Indiana University and an undergraduate degree in Political Science from St. Cloud State University.
