The 2023 St. Louis Racial Equity Summit convened more than 700 participants last week to build awareness of structural inequity, highlight strategies to interrupt it, and provoke action. Participants were challenged to embrace the sometimes uncomfortable space of learning and explore how to live and work in the gray space. PhilMO Members contributed as planners, sponsors, facilitators, speakers, and energetic participants. Congratulations to all who worked to bring this biennial event back in person, especially our Members who served on the Organizing Committee: Gladiator Consulting, St. Louis Community Foundation, St. Louis Regional Health Commission, and United Way of Greater St. Louis.
